Grolier Online: Lands and Peoples
The encyclopedia of countries, cultures, and geography (available only from Fay School computers). Learn how the natural disasters affect people. Try searching the type of disaster (volcanoes, etc.) and you'll get a list of countries with articles.
To use Grolier Online at home, see the Library PASSWORDS email on the FirstClass INFO FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS folder for user name and password. If you need help accessing this resource at home, watch this online tutorial.
