YOUR TASKS

Research:

Create:

Choose one of the following ways to present the results of your research, your understanding of the Great Depression, and your own interpretation of your photograph. Your project must include at least five facts from your research.

  • Write and perform a song
  • Write a poem
  • Produce a news broadcast
  • Write a diary or journal entry as someone in the photograph
  • Write a letter from someone in the photograph
  • Create a comic strip
  • Create a conversation which you will perform
  • Create something else with approval of your teachers

Present:

You will present your work to the whole class. Then the class members and teachers will ask you questions about your project. Remember that you must use what you learn in your historical research to do the project well. Look carefully at the RUBRIC for this project as you work.
